Brava Cerâmica Return & Refund Policy

Brava Cerâmica retreats are limited to eight participants, so cancellations have a significant impact on a small group.

If you cancel more than 60 days before your retreat begins:
We will refund 50% of your €300 deposit.

If you cancel within 60 days of your retreat beginning:
Your booking is non-refundable. If we are able to fill your place, we will refund everything you have paid except the €300 deposit.

You may also transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost. Please contact us before the retreat with the new participant’s details.

If Brava Cerâmica cancels your retreat:
All payments made to Brava Cerâmica will be refunded in full or, if you prefer, transferred to another available retreat.

We cannot reimburse flights, accommodation or other travel arrangements booked separately. We recommend choosing flexible or refundable travel where possible and taking out appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Finished ceramics
Firing, packing and shipping of your finished pieces are included up to €50 in shipping costs.

If shipping costs exceed €50, you will be asked to pay the difference before your work is shipped.

Ceramics are fragile. We take great care in packing your work, but Brava Ceramica cannot accept responsibility for damage or delays once a parcel is in transit.

If a parcel is returned and needs to be shipped again, the additional shipping cost is the participant’s responsibility.
